Littelfuse Fuse Relay Module, 60 Position Terminal Kit

The Littelfuse HWB60-AL (Assured Latch) features 60 open positions with no internal bussing. It is designed for use with 280 style components i.e. mini-fuses, relays, diodes, resistors, etc.

Kit Contents:
- block with cover & secondary locks
- 60 x terminals (2.0 - 3.0mm ). 2
- 60 x cable seals (2.81 - 3.49mm dia. cable).
- 10 x cavity plugs

Module Contents: Module includes cover with seal, base and 6 secondary terminal locks (TPA’s).
Terminal Capacity: 60 terminals on a layout matrix of (5 x 12).
Terminal Rating: 30A max per terminal.
Maximum Fuse Rating: 30A
Wire Size: #22 - #10 AWG (0.35 to 5mm ). 2
Temperature Rating: -40°C to +125°C.
Base & Cover: PA66 30% GF.
Gasket: Silicone.
Base Features: internal storage for 6 spare fuses / breakers & terminal position numbering on underside of base.
Mounting: 4 holes for M6 bolts (4 - 6Nm max torque).
Ingress Protection Rating: IP67 / 69K when cover, cable seals and cavity plugs are installed.
Cavity Plugs: fill unused output cavities for ingress protection.
Cable Seals: Please check the overall diameter of your cable before ordering cable seals.

Options: Cover tether, add-on accessory to hold a fuse puller & spare fuses, internal cover grid to aid relay retention.
