Prolec PDMKit101 LIttelfuse MTR Series Fused 4 Way Sealed Distribution Module Kit

This kit can supply fused power for up to 4 output circuits fed by 1 input power lead connected to the stud on this block. The block can be used to replace an existing unit or simply to extend the number of fuse protected power circuits that are available. The fuse block offers a high level of water and dust protection (rated IP67) when assembled correctly with supplied cable seals, cavity plugs (for unused cavities) and cover.

1 x 4 Circuit fuse block with silicone seal & input stud.
1 x Snap-lock cover.
3 x Secondary lock terminal covers.

2 x Terminals (2.0 - 3.0mm ). 2
2 x Cable seals (2.81 - 3.49mm dia. cable).
1 x Silicone cavity plug for 1 unused Minifuse cavity.

Parts for JTF fuses:
2 x Terminals (4.0 - 6.0mm ). 2
2 x Cable seals (2.8 - 3.8mm dia. cable).
1 x Silicone cavity plug for 1 unused JTF fuse cavity.

Notes: Mini bladed circuit breakers are not suitable for use in this product.

Power Connection:

There is 1 common power input stud located on the block. This is used to connect positive (+ve) supply power to the unit. One terminal of each fuse is internally connected to this input power via an internal buss which reduces the wiring requirements.
Please note that the input stud has a maximum input rating of 100A at 23°C or 70A at 85°C. Fuses are not to exceed 70% of rated current continuously. The input power supply cable & ring terminal are not included in this kit. Prolec sell a full range of fuses to suit this block, which can be purchased separately.
Caution: Please disconnect the battery whilst installing this fuse block.
